What is The S.O.B.E.R. Project?

The S.O.B.E.R. Project is a faith based program and recovery church, that was created by Pastor Larry Munguia. He saw a need in our community, through his own experience, and he immediately connected with it. This program, is designed around helping people change lives. Not to just survive our destructive habits, but so that we may overcome them and prosper. Becoming the men and women God ment us to be. We have seen broken lives restored, families reunited, unemployment and homelessness overcome, illnesses- including cancer and blindness healed. All by the power and grace of Jesus Christ
Who are The S.O.B.E.R. Project?

The S.O.B.E.R. Project is different than any other church you might see. The majority of our congregation is actively seeking Recovery, through a releationship with Jesus Christ. We know that over time, and with support, that we can be free from our past. Whether it is addictions, incarceration, homelessness, or whatever. The S.O.B.E.R. Project is here to share a culture of community and support where we can overcome through Christ, those things which keep people alone, hurting, and empty.
